9 SEPTEMBER 2017 ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE DECISION OF THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT No. 122 OF 7 JUNE 2017

On September 9, 2017, the new provisions concerning ticket restaurants, issued by Decree no. 122 of June 7, 2017 of the Ministry of Economic Development, have entered into force.

The novelties have regulated and defined how to distribute and use ticket restaurants to limit abuses.

In particular, D.M. has provided specific indications regarding:

1. the. characteristics of ticket restaurants;
2. exercises in which the canteen substitute service may be provided;
3. iii. the content of the agreements entered into by the issuing companies with the holders of the contractual business.
