Fabrizio Bendotti

Graduated with full-honors in Economics and Business Law at Bocconi University, Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Ph.D in International Law and Economics, contract professor of  Corporate Taxation and Tax Law at Bocconi University and at the Tax Law Master program. Awarded in 2007 with the European Academic Tax Thesis Award by the European Commission and the EATLP. Following a professional experience at the tax department of K.P.M.G. and DELOITTE, today he is associate at Baldazzi Zattera & Associati, joined since its inception in 2005. He mainly deal with tax and accounting consultancy, both ordinary and extraordinary, concerning both direct and indirect taxation, towards Italian subsidiaries of multinationals, stock companies and partnerships, as well as cooperatives and non-profit entities. He also deal with tax litigation and administrative tax procedures.

He holds office as Statutory Auditor, Accounting Auditor and Member of the Surveillance Board in stock companies.

He has published articles and collaborated on various publications.
